Isel Arias Viñas is the Founder of Caribe Connection Real Estate, an indepently owned and operated brokerage. Caribe Connection Real Estate specializes in Investment Opportunities throughout the Dominican Republic, specially the North Coast. At age 17, Isel moved to Munich, Germany, to study. The following 20 years saw her live in Munich, Barcelona, Mallorca and Milan. Hence, she speaks German, English, Italian and Spanish, while others in her Team speak also French, Dutch and Russian.

Isel possesses great insight into the challenges of finding a home or an investment opportunity, with the advantage of being able to do so from both a local and an expat’s perspective. As you might soon discover, real estate is not just a passion of hers, but a way of life, handed down by her grandfather – Don Chiche Viñas, a man who became one of the Founders of the main touristic area of the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.
