Bliss was built by an Italian couple who dedicated themselves to the restaurant business for more than 30 years.
They met in Bermuda working in the same restaurant, “the chef and the sommelier”. Together we embarked on an adventure working around the world. They visited Cabarete in 2011 for a week looking for something and fell in love with Bliss, it was love at first sight! It didn’t take long for them to understand that it would be their new adventure. They still remember that they signed the contract only 1 hour before our return flight… and since then they’ve been at BLISS every night to make sure you can have a wonderful experience!
