The waves lately have been perfect for beginners and for taking your first surf class.
We teamed up with Vibez Surf School in Encuentro to teach Suami the basics of this amazing sport. Suami has taken classes before, but as she mentions in this video the last time she surfed was about 4 or 5 years ago.
She is super excited to try this sport again and learn with one of the best local surf instructors: Barahona.
Playa Encuentro is a beautiful beach, surfers come from all over the world to surf these waves, especially during big swells. It is located around 7 min from the center of our town, many locals reach the surf spot by moto.
